Meet the Team
Business Manager:
Victoria Keys
Victoria has worked at City View since 2013 and previously managed a dental practice. She has seen the practice go through many changes during this time and is pleased to have built the strong team that is in place now. As Business Manager, she has oversight of everything within the practice and is the Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). She takes particular responsibility for strategic management and planning, financial management and compliance with the CQC, health and safety regulations, data security and all legal and contractual obligations.
She is also a Member of the Institute of General Practice Management (IGPM), a professional institute for accredited managers within General Practice.
Clinical & HR Manager:
Claire Brown
Claire has been with City View since 2018, bringing a wealth of experience from her previous roles in both the public and private sectors, where she held various managerial positions over the years. Her background includes significant expertise in marketing acquisitions in the UK and Northern Europe, as well as project management, finance, public relations, customer care, and strategic call centre management.
In her current role, she oversees the performance and clinical quality standards within the practice and ensures our team are well supported, along with delivering the HR function of the practice.
Operations Manager:
Steve Holt
Steve has worked at City View since August 2021. Prior to this, he worked for over 25 years in operational management positions within the private sector. He has been able to transfer many of the skills acquired within the private sector into his role within the practice.
He manages the non-clinical members of staff within the Patient Services team. He coordinates any operational changes needed within the practice, and has oversight of the workloads and appointments conducted by the clinical team. He also ensures the overall operation runs smoothly from day to day.
He is the Chairman of our Patient Participation Group (PPG), which listens to our patients and steers changes to help both the patients and the practice. He is the practice's LGBTQ+ advocate.
