How do I arrange a home visit?

Our GPs will look at the reasons for your home visit request and may telephone you to gain more information or to give advice.

Home visits are for terminally ill, bedbound and housebound patients, so poorly the patient would be harmed if moved.

Please give the Receptionist as much information regarding the reasons for the home visit. 

The practice will select the most appropriate team member to visit you, which could be a GP, GP in training, Pharmacist, Nurse, Health Care Assistant or any other appropriate clinical team member

Please call the practice before 10am to request a home visit.
