What do I do if my problem is urgent?

Urgent appointments are available every morning and afternoon and are managed via telephone triage. This is a mixture of face-to-face and telephone appointments.

Appointments for urgent medical needs are offered by our staff assessing your health concerns, and you would be expected to take time off work to attend.

The Receptionist will ask you for a brief summary of your problem. This allows us to make sure you are safe. Occasionally, we might suggest another service such as minor injuries or A&E. We understand that things are sometimes personal, so of course, you have the right to decline to tell the Receptionist.
