Can I have a chaperone at my appointment?
Yes, if you are having an intimate examination, a chaperone can be provided. This service is available to both male and female patients. Please discuss this with your clinician. Our chaperones are all fully trained to perform their duties.
Can you help me if I have a dental problem?
Unfortunately, we are unable to help if you have a dental problem and so we will ask you to see your dentist. If you are looking for dental care the NHS website can help you find a NHS dentist. For further information click here.

What is your Mission Statement/Vision?
At City View Medical Practice, we work as a team, committed to the same goals and open to learning from each other. We work in an open and honest environment, continuously looking to improve and showing respect and kindness to each other and our patients. In this way, we strive to offer the best possible care to all of our patients all of the time.
What is the Patient Participation Group and can I join?
The Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a unique partnership and consists of a group of volunteer patients, carers and staff from the practice. Our PPG meets on a regular basis to discuss and support the running of the practice. Steve Holt, our Operations Manager, is our Chairman for the group and helps steer change to help both the patients and the practice.
